Both of them are awesome as hell but the Super Boost is incredible. There is Super Boost and Super Overdrive. New enemies are in this mode and also new powerups. What was once a cool looking cyberpunkish city with spotlights and colors becomes a deep red, volcanic apocolyptic scene. The whole freakin level just flips around. Once you drop off enough humans at the gate, you get bonuses and the level changes. In Protector mode you are tasked to destroy craft that are holding Humans and then deposit those humans at the gates of a city that you are flying around. Protector mode is absolutely awesome and is by far my favorite thing to do in Resogun now. Maybe this expansion should of been called Resogun: Protector? Because HOLY SHIT. This has taken Resogun's already addictive qualities and sent it into OVERDRIVE. ![]() I couldn't get enough of the game already but with all these new features it just got a whole lot better.īut nothing really prepared me for how insanely good the Defenders expansion was going to be. ![]() With the new challenges, the new weekly challenges, the new sound effects, the photomode, etc. They have recently upgraded the original games experience so much that it almost felt like a brand new title. They did it last generation with Super Stardust, a game that was the first to be played on my PS3 and also the last right before I traded it in for PS4 game cash, and they have done it again with Resogun.
